Some included features use a service that someone else bills. Backups sent to your own S3-compatible storage are billed by that storage provider, and a server in your cloud account is billed by your cloud provider.

Pricing questions
- Who bills me for the server?
- For a server in your own cloud account, your provider bills you directly at their price, and WPShift adds nothing to that bill. Every plan, the free one included, covers the WPShift software only. A WPShift Cloud server is bought through WPShift and billed by WPShift.
- Can I host several sites on one server?
- Yes. Two limits apply, and either can be reached first. Your plan sets how many sites WPShift will manage, and the server's CPU, memory and disk set how many it runs well.
- Can I use my own backup storage?
- Yes. WPShift can send backups to an S3-compatible storage account that you control. Your storage provider then bills you for it, and the backup storage included in your plan is not used.
- Does the trial cover my server?
- No. The trial covers the WPShift plan. A server you created during the trial keeps running and keeps being billed, by your provider for a server in your own account or by WPShift for a WPShift Cloud server.
- What happens if I cancel?
- A server in your own cloud account stays in that account and keeps running. DNS, mailboxes, backups and monitoring stop with the subscription, so check which of those you depend on first. WPShift Cloud servers have separate billing terms.
